Stock, prices and orders in sync between your store and your ERP, without the sync overwriting the product names, descriptions, meta titles and URLs you rank with. We run it in production today with GoldenSoft and PrestaShop; if your store or your ERP is a different one, we look into it in the free consultation.
A good integration doesn't copy everything both ways: it decides which system owns each piece of data.
The ERP is the source of stock levels, of the price from the rate you choose and of each product's technical attributes. The store receives them; nobody types them twice.
Web orders land in the ERP under their own series, used for nothing else, and the customer is matched by tax ID or email. The ERP issues the invoice.
Commercial names, descriptions, meta titles, meta descriptions and URLs are managed in the store. We set up the connector so the routine sync doesn't rewrite them, and we check that it holds before opening it to the whole catalogue.
Most connectors fill product pages with ERP data built for the warehouse, not for Google: counter names, abbreviations or names without the word your customer searches for. If they also rewrite the page on every sync, your SEO work disappears without anyone noticing. So before connecting anything, we split the ownership of every field:
Client case, anonymised and with their permission: in the online shop of a winery in Alicante, the ERP rules stock and prices, and the texts of each product page (title, description, meta title) are edited in the shop. The routine sync does not touch them; a weekly audit watches for manual edits made directly in the ERP, which can overwrite a product page if they happen.
And with the ERP connected, Verifactu is covered by the ERP itself when it is compliant, as GoldenSoft is: the store syncs and the ERP invoices. Invoicing from the store with no ERP? Then what you need is a module such as VeriVenta, for PrestaShop or for WooCommerce.
The same method for any combination of store and ERP; with GoldenSoft and PrestaShop it is already running in production.
We look at your store, your ERP and what should travel between them. If there is no reliable connector, or it isn't worth it, we tell you.
Field by field: where it comes from in the ERP, where it ends up in the store and who owns it.
We configure the connector and test it on a handful of products before opening it to the whole catalogue.
We check that the VAT rates the ERP sends exist in the store, reserve a series for web orders and decide where the page of a discontinued product redirects (301).
The weak spot is manual edits in the ERP, which can overwrite a product page again: we show you how to avoid them and how to spot them.
Pricing depends on the ERP, the catalogue size and what needs configuring: you get a closed price after the consultation, with no strings attached.
All from the same group, with the same support.
We are GoldenSoft distributors: license, data migration, training and support, remotely and in the Alicante area.
Without an ERP, your own store complies with Verifactu using VeriVenta, our module for PrestaShop and WooCommerce.
The AI sales assistant, free for PrestaShop and WooCommerce; sncustomcode, to add GA4 or pixels without touching the PrestaShop theme; and the rest of the group's module catalogue.
The integration we run in production is GoldenSoft (Golden .Net) with PrestaShop, using Golden's connector over the PrestaShop webservice. If your store runs on WooCommerce or your ERP is a different one, GLOP included, we look into it in the consultation: we tell you whether a reliable connector exists, which fields it moves and whether it is worth it.
Because many connectors fill each product's name, description, meta title and URL with ERP data built for the warehouse: abbreviations or counter names. If they also rewrite them on every sync, the work done in the store is undone without warning.
That edit can push the ERP texts back to the store and overwrite the product page. It is the weak spot of any integration: we explain what is best left untouched in the ERP and how to spot and restore an overwritten page.
It shouldn't end up on a page that no longer exists. We decide in advance whether its URL redirects (301) to a replacement product or to its category, so you keep what it already ranked for.
If the ERP invoices the store's orders and is Verifactu-compliant, as GoldenSoft is, the ERP itself covers compliance. If you invoice from the store without an ERP, our VeriVenta module for PrestaShop and WooCommerce does it.
It depends on the ERP, the catalogue size and what needs configuring; it is quoted by scope. The initial consultation is free and ends with a closed price.
Yes: the integration is set up remotely anywhere in Spain, and in the Alicante area (Alicante, Elche, Benidorm, Vega Baja) we can also come on-site. We can work with your team in English.
Tell us which store and which ERP you use and what you want to sync: we will tell you whether it can be done, how, and what it costs. No strings attached.
