This policy describes how we process the personal data of users of softnet.es, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process and how we obtain it

This website has no user area and no online purchasing process. The personal data we process is the data that the data subject provides when contacting us by email through the contact links on the site: typically their email address, their name and whatever information they choose to include in their message (for example, details of their company or of their enquiry).

3. Purposes and legal bases

We do not use the data to send unsolicited commercial communications, we do not make automated decisions producing legal effects concerning data subjects, and we do not carry out profiling.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, if it leads to a business relationship, for the duration of that relationship and the statutory limitation periods for legal liability. Enquiries that do not lead to any relationship are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.
