Verifactu for accountants and advisory firms: a path for every client, without your firm carrying the technology

Your clients will ask about Verifactu — companies from 1 January 2027, self-employed from 1 July 2027 — and there is no single answer: it depends on how each one invoices. We propose a referral agreement: you keep the relationship and decide what you recommend; we provide the technology, the implementation and the support, and we keep you informed of every sign-up.

In one sentence: classify each client with the table below — every type has a path with a clear owner. The software's manufacturer declaration is the manufacturer's (ours or the ERP vendor's), never the firm's: your practice does not take on the technology.

The triage table: what each client needs

The same classification as our guide «Who must comply with Verifactu, and from when?», condensed for going through a client portfolio:

Client typeTheir situationThe pathWhat we do
Online store (PrestaShop or WooCommerce) The store issues the sales invoices: each one must be signed, chained and submitted to the AEAT with its QR. FactuSign, our Verifactu module. Unlimited invoices, manufacturer declaration included. Remote installation, configuration and support. The firm touches nothing.
Business without an online store Invoices with an old program, templates or a POS that will not be compliant. An ERP with Verifactu built in: GoldenSoft or GLOP, depending on the business. Installation, data migration, training and maintenance — remotely too.
Custom application Invoices from an in-house development (Access, ASP, custom ERP…) nobody wants to rewrite. API integration with the certified signing platform behind FactuSign. Analysis and a per-case quote; the current program stays.
Micro-business on Word/Excel Issues a handful of invoices a year from templates (no macros): it does not use invoicing software. The AEAT's free application may be enough, or move to one of the cases above as it grows. We explain it without selling anything they do not need.

For any of these cases we also help check possible government support schemes applicable to each client.

The referral agreement, in plain terms

No exclusivity, no fee

No lock-in and nothing to pay for being a partner. You recommend when it fits, case by case.

The client stays yours

You keep the relationship and the conversation. We execute the technical part and keep you informed of every sign-up and its status.

Technical liability is ours

The manufacturer declaration required by the regulation is signed by the software manufacturer — us or the ERP vendor — not by the firm.

Firm pack for online stores

If your portfolio adds up to 5 or more PrestaShop/WooCommerce stores, the FactuSign firm pack is €14.90/store/month, billed annually only (€178.80 + VAT per store per year) — and that price is kept, not just for the first year. For individual clients, the early adopter offer (first year at €14.90/month billed annually, sign-ups until 31 December 2026). Rates may be revised at the start of each year with at least one month's notice before each annual renewal.

Why with us

Questions firms ask

Who invoices the end client?

Your choice: the client contracts directly with us (and we inform you of the sign-up), or the firm groups its stores in the 5+ pack and re-invoices as part of its retainer. Both models coexist.

What liability does the firm take on by recommending?

No technical liability: the manufacturer declaration required by the regulation is signed by the software manufacturer. The firm recommends; compliance is on us or on the ERP vendor.

What about clients whose current ERP «will be compatible»?

Have them ask the vendor for its manufacturer declaration and a date. If it does not arrive in time, the table above gives the alternative (a compliant ERP or an API integration on top of what they already use).

Are the dates final?

Yes, after the postponement approved in December 2025: 1 January 2027 for companies and 1 July 2027 for the self-employed and everyone else. Details, exclusions (SII, foral territories) and penalties are in the guide.

How do we start?

20 minutes, in Alicante or by video call: we go through your portfolio with the triage table and leave you the material for your clients. No commitment.
